All major credit cards accepted.
Currently, I am not contracted in-network with insurance companies. I am able to provide a “Superbill” or an invoice of services received. This can be helpful for out-of-network benefits. Please check with your insurance company to clarify your out-of-network benefits.
Appointments and Cancellations
Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for 50% of the fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours. No shows will be charged at full rate.
Re-scheduled sessions will be subject to a full charge if not received at least 24 hours in advance.
